OneNote
Our move to Office 2010 here has meant a totally new piece of software available to staff and students: OneNote. This is a notebook/scrapbook, that means you can put together information form a wide varety of sources, and then annotate over. Just right clicking on a bit of the web allows you to send to OneNote, which also helpfully keeps track of where it came from. You can easily add from anywhere: ppts, email, word docs and so on. So for assembling resources for an assignment or putting together a portfolio it is well worth a look. There are tutorials on the Microsoft office training website, or start off with my modest OneNote introduction in 3mins 30 seconds
