LiveMinutes is a new, free web conferencing software, incorporating a whiteboard, document sharing with audio and video. You can also incorporate Skype. I have not yet used it for real, but the features and functionality look really useful: as the name implies it even wraps up some minutes of the meeting for you! Well worth a look
